Wow, what service! I’m quite cautious, so I checked and double-checked the reviews before booking a repair. I removed the screen protector and sent the watch off, but I had completely forgotten there was a tempered glass protector underneath. They contacted me to let me know that only the tempered glass needed replacing — the original screen was perfectly fine — and they quoted a much cheaper price than the repair I had initially paid for. Absolutely fantastic service and honesty of the highest magnitude.
