We offer a limited 90-day warranty on screen refurbishment services, and a 12-month warranty for any manufacturer defects in our parts and services

Our service warranty policy applies solely to the parts and services we have provided.
The warranty becomes valid from the repair date and remains in effect within the period.
Our warranty covers only the malfunction of parts we have supplied, provided that they are not damaged physically (e.g. cracked or broken) or affected by water damage.
Our warranty covers only faults that are directly related to the original repair work we performed. For instance, if we replaced the charging port, we would not cover a faulty power button under our guarantee.
Our warranty does not cover any issues related to phone features or functions that we could not confirm as fully operational before the repair. For example, devices that are uncharged or have inaccessible passcodes.

After dropping my watch it has become unresponsive to touch, does the glass repair fix this issue?

Yes, any non-responsiveness your screen is suffering due to a drop will be corrected with the Cracked Glass repair, as the Digitizer that is being replaced is the part responsible for all touch functionality. The glass on my watch is completely shattered and is chipping off, is the glass replacement service all I need?

Yes, the glass replacement service will replace the entire glass face, so the extent of the damage to the previous glass does not matter.This will not be a full replacement of the screen, only a replacement of the front glass.

How do I know if I need the LCD repair or not?

If the actual display of the watch is bleeding, white, or has any dead pixels then you’re going to need to select the LCD & Glass option as the LCD has suffered irreversible damage.
