Generally, you don't need to book an appointment for repairs. We maintain a full stock of repair parts, allowing us to complete most repairs straight away.

However, in some cases, we may not be able to finish your repair on the same day. For example, certain complex repairs may require additional time.

  4. Quick return We’ll repair your device and send it back to you within the estimated timeframe. All deliveries are tracked for safety and security.

Yes, the price you see is the price you pay for your repair—there are no hidden costs. Our repair fees also include free return postage.

We operate on a “No Fix, No Fee” policy: if we’re unable to repair your device, we’ll return it to you free of charge and provide a full refund.

Please send only the device itself and include a note with your order number and contact details.

We do not need your charger or any other accessories, so please remove any cases or covers if possible. Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for the loss of any additional accessories.

For some repairs, we also offer a “Next Day Guaranteed” service for an additional fee. If available, you can choose this option at checkout.
