This will depend on the condition of the LCD/display beneath the screen:

Cracked Front Glass / Touch Repair: If the front glass is cracked but the display still functions correctly, this is the option you need. This repair will also fix any issues with the touch functionality of the screen.

New LCD Replacement: If the front glass is cracked and there are dark blobs or lines on the display, this indicates that the LCD is damaged. In this scenario, you will require a full-screen assembly replacement to properly fix the device.

Choose the relevant service based on these conditions to ensure your Apple Watch is repaired effectively.

Requirement for Apple Watch Front Glass Repairs:

  • • Display Functionality: The LCD/OLED display must be in good condition, There must not be any black spots, discolouration, or lines on the display

Yes, if your screen is cracked and the touch function isn't working properly, our "Cracked Front Glass / Touch Repair" service is specifically designed to fix these problems at no extra cost, provided that the display itself is still in working order.

Please note, if the display is also damaged, showing signs of discolouration, dead pixels, or bleeding, then you'll need to choose our 'New LCD Replacement' service instead. This more extensive service is essential to ensure that both the glass and the underlying LCD are thoroughly repaired, bringing your device back to full functionality.

Our screen repair costs are lower than your local shop because we specialise in "screen refurbishing." This means that if the display underneath is still functioning properly, we can refurbish the cracked screen with new glass.

This type of repair requires specific skills as well as specialised machinery and tools. For more details on how we refurbish Apple Watch screens, please refer to the article below:

When we start repairing your Apple Watch, we guarantee the work we do.

If we accidentally break the screen during the repair, we will replace it with a new one at no additional cost to you.

Our mail-in Apple Watch repairs are completed and returned within 1-3 days from the day we receive your watch.

Additionally, we offer a special "Next Day Guaranteed" service at an extra charge. You can select this option at checkout.

If we can't fix your device, we will return it for free and give you a full refund. We operate on a No Fix, No Fee policy.

No, we cannot guarantee that your Apple Watch will be waterproof after repair.

Although we use a liquid-resistant adhesive similar to the original used by Apple, we cannot ensure that the watch will remain waterproof. Water could potentially enter through other components such as the speaker, microphone, power button, digital crown, and heart rate sensor.

If a company claims that their repairs can make an Apple Watch water-resistant, they might not have sufficient experience with Apple Watch repairs, or they could be charging fees comparable to the cost of purchasing a refurbished watch.

If you frequently use your watch for swimming, you might want to consider selling your damaged watch and upgrading to a new model from the Apple store.

We provide a 12-month warranty on parts and labour for all repairs. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, nor does it cover damage from liquids or water.

Yes, Apple Pay will continue to function after the screen repair.

We use only the highest quality parts for every repair service we complete. For Apple products, it's impossible to obtain original parts directly from Apple, as they do not sell these components. Therefore, we have sourced the highest quality suppliers in the country to ensure that your device is repaired with parts that are as durable and reliable as possible.

When we receive a device for repair, we conduct a functionality check both before and after the repair.

We need the passcode for certain types of repairs to diagnose faults and test the LCD functionality, such as:

  1. 1. Diagnostic services
  2. 2. Front glass-only repairs

For other repairs, the passcode isn't necessary, but without it, we can't perform functionality tests on your device before or after the repair.

If we receive a device that is passcode-locked, we will contact you via email to ask whether we should proceed with the repair without the passcode. However, this may delay the repair process.

If you have concerns about privacy, we strongly recommend that you back up your data to the cloud and perform a factory reset before sending us your device without any passcodes.

We always use genuine parts wherever possible.

Our warranty covers both parts and services for a period of 12 months.
For example, if we install a new screen on your watch and it develops a defect during this time, we'll repair it again at no additional cost.
However, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover physical damage to the screen or water damage. We advise purchasing insurance from a third-party provider to safeguard against these situations.

Specifically, our warranty addresses faults directly related to the original repair work we conducted. For instance, if we replaced the charging port on your device, any issues with the power button would not be covered under our warranty.

    • Faults unrelated to the original repair.

    • Faults caused by mishandling, impact damage, software-related defects, or any other unrelated issues.
