Wow, what service! I’m quite cautious, so I checked and double-checked the reviews before booking a repair. I removed the screen protector and sent the watch off, but I had completely forgotten there was a tempered glass protector underneath. They contacted me to let me know that only the tempered glass needed replacing — the original screen was perfectly fine — and they quoted a much cheaper price than the repair I had initially paid for. I received the watch back the very next day and the refund that same afternoon. If I had realized, I could have probably done it myself, but the honesty and integrity they showed were outstanding. Highly recommend them to anyone who has doubts — truly brilliant service.

Absolutely fantastic service and honesty of the highest magnitude. I went to the Apple Store to enquire about repairing the screen on my Apple Watch Ultra, and they insisted the whole watch needed replacing — costing over £500. Instead, I sent it to iwatchrepair, and they came back to say the screen wasn’t damaged at all — it was just the screen protector. They replaced the protector and refunded me the difference from the repair I had originally paid for. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that is genuinely honest and not just out to make a quick profit. It would have been easy for them to replace the protector and claim they had carried out a full repair, but they didn’t. Highly impressed and highly recommend them.
