2.1 Our entire liability in respect of any particular cause of action arising as a result of or in connection with this Agreement (including a breach of contract, negligence, statute, or at all) shall be limited to the extent that the cause of action related to our supply of service, at our option to complete any of the following. (a) supply our Services again; (b) payment for the cost of having the Services again; or (c) repayment of any amount that has been paid for the Services.
2.2 Should your device be damaged beyond economical repair as a direct result of a service or undertaken by iWatchRepair, you will be entitled to a fully functioning refurbished device of equal value to the original, based on the model we received and condition that it was received in. In order to receive a replacement, full payment is required for the repair of the device and the relevant device must be provided to us.
2.3 Any data or information that you may have on the device shall remain your responsibility. We accept no liability for the loss or corruption of this data however caused, thus we suggest that you backup your device onto an external drive prior to using our services. It is your responsibility to back up any such data.
2.4 Nothing in this clause 2 shall apply and limit our liability for: (a) the death of personal injury from our negligence; (b) breach any terms implied by statute; (c) any claim arising from the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or (d) fraudulent misrepresentation.
2.5 In no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any loss of revenue, profits, business, anticipated savings or any other indirect loss.
3.1 We shall not be liable for any delay in our failure of performance of our obligations under this Agreement arising for any reason beyond our control.
3.2 Should your device develop an additional fault unrelated to the repair we have completed, the repair warranty contained in this paragraph will no longer apply. This warranty includes solely the repaired and or replaced part(s) only and does not include liquid or further damage. Should your device be repaired by a 3rd party following our service, this warranty will become void.
3.3 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Use of our repair service will make your manufacturer’s warranty void.
Any data that you have stored on your device shall remain your responsibility. We accept no liability for any loss or corruption of such data no matter how it is caused. Therefore, we suggest that you backup your data onto an external drive prior to your repair.
We take no responsibility for any progression in damage for devices damaged by liquid. Whilst unlikely, opening up the device may result in further damage that may be serious and in some situations irreparable.
We take no responsibility for any progression of damage when your device has been repaired elsewhere prior to your repair at iWatchRepair. Should we find any further damage, you will be contacted immediately via telephone and/or email.
At all times we will do our best to deliver the quoted delivery time, however in some circumstances out of our control, this cannot be guaranteed. Our quoted repair time starts once a repair has begun with a technician.
6.1 Any device transported to you is required to be examined upon receipt. Should your device be delivered damaged, unrepaired or with any additional faults, you are required to inform iWatchRepair within 3 days of receipt. Should you not inform us within 3 days, iWatchRepair will have no liability should your device have arrived with a fault. This does not affect your statutory rights or any other rights under these Terms.
6.2 All devices are returned via a tracked courier. This excludes Saturday and Sunday delivery.
6.3 We work on a no-fix no-fee policy. This means that if we do not repair your device, then you are under no obligation to pay a charge for the device that has not undergone a repair. iWatchRepair have no liability to you if we are unable to repair your device as we at iWatchRepair cannot guarantee that your particular device is capable of a repair.
7.1 The price that is quoted to you for the Repair Services in terms of each device is an indicative non-binding quote issued by iWatchRepair. This is based on the information provided by you regarding each device. For example, the faults you have described. As a result, any price quoted is subject to a detailed verification of each device.
7.1 On receipt of your device, iWatchRepair will check your device. If there are any necessary changes to the indicative price quoted by us to you (for example, due to extra faults with the device) or if you have already paid for a particular repair however we find another is necessary, iWatchRepair will contact you directly in order to establish whether or not you would like us to proceed with an additional repair at an additional cost. Any potential increased charged will only be required should you agree to the additional price. Should you decide not to agree with the additional price, iWatchRepair will not perform the repair services and as a result shall have no liability to you, other than to refund the total sum of any previous payments made by you in relation to our Repair service (minus the postage costs of returning your package).
8.1 Except when stated otherwise, iWatchRepair Repair Services are supported by a 90 days part and labour warranty. This does not apply to any diagnostic service or liquid damage.
8.2 Please note that the warranty is limited to the labor and parts on original repair.
For example, if we fixed a camera fault on your device and later appears to be defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
10.1 If you are a customer, all of iWatchRepair prices will include VAT. The prices that are quoted to business customers will also include VAT on all Repair Services.
11.1 The warranty stated above is only valid for the specific device that has been repaired through the repair services that we over as well as the original customer. As a result, it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another consumer.
